1,000 NWUK Nordic Walking Instructors

Nordic Walking UK has now trained 1,000 Instructors and their internationally recognised CYQ qualification is proving a hit with those seeking to offer outdoor wellness solutions. Since NWUK led walks at the British Heart Foundation physical activity conference last month there has been a surge in interest and the courses are booking well into the new Year.

"Its great to see people from all backgrounds becoming fully qualified through our unique CYQ course that includes anatomy and physiology as well as Nordic walking technique" says Martin Christie of NWUK.

Martin first brought Nordic walking to the UK and has worked with a team of fitness Industry and wellness experts to create a full programme of technique classes for all levels as well as a comprehensive support package to help all Instructors deliver inspirational and effective sessions.
