  A perfect long weekend in the Alps which allows you to both relax and exercise in the fresh mountain air.
  
  Our retreat is based in Chamonix Valley, France. This is an ideal base as Italy and Switzerland are just a 30 minute drive away. We have chosen departures on a Thursday returning on a Sunday evening. With Geneva airport just over an hour away it makes a great long weekend.
