For those who have completed the learn to nordic walk course, these workout walks are designed to work on your cardiovascular fitness, core, strength, balance, and speed.
Each week will vary, and we will work on flexibility, strength, speed, balance and core, making the most of the great outdoors. After a few sessions, you will notice a difference in your general fitness. Come prepared for a workout!
