Katie was the writer of the very popular Yoga WALX programme. It is based on Hatha Yoga but been specifically adapted for the WALX Programme.
All the poses are standing and the use of Walking poles to aid balance and some positioning is acceptable.
Katie is well known for her calming influencing whilst teaching. You will enjoy spending time in the evening sunshine whilst taking in the views and atmosphere of Highdown Hill as the day ends.
