Walk Description:

Unwind at the end of the week with our Nordic walk in Beckenham Place Park.

These sessions are for Lewisham residents and you must have completed a ‘Learn to NW’ course before joining these sessions.

After warming up together we`ll break into smaller groups so you may be with the instructor or a volunteer leader to walk at a pace that suits you.

Location Notes:

Pay and display car park £1/hr 8am - 5pm FREE after 5pm Buses: 54 Highland Croft gate stop on Southend Rd, many buses on Bromley rd GeenMan stop ( 10 mins walk) Trains: Beckenham Hill ( just opposite Southend rd entrance) Beckenham Junction (15 min walk). Ravensbourne ( 15 mins walk through park to meeting place)
