Current I take small groups into the urban and surrounding scenic areas of Tunbridge Wells. Nordic walking is the perfect way to unwind. I will help you to achieve your goals, whether they be related to fitness, general wellbeing, mental health, weight loss or simply the need to get outside in a social environment and have a ‘Nordic talk’!

A back injury back in 2017 found me looking for ways to stay strong and fit and Nordic Walking gave me that and more. I’m 61 and have found a new lease of life.
So, I’m here to share the love and benefits of Nordic Walking with you. It gave me a new level of fitness within a relatively short period of time, I’m now more toned and have lost weight, it gets me out into natural beautiful surroundings where I wouldn’t have gone alone.
Socially, it has been so good for my mental well being, sharing an hour or so with a group of people that love to walk, talk and laugh or sometimes just being part of a group purely for fitness.

Thank you Emily for the two excellent sessions - the content and pace of the learning was just right and I feel confident to take the skills forward. Thanks for a fab walk today, my fast walking registered on the Fitbit as a slow running pace and heart rate was above 130 for a total of 34 minutes! I am chuffed to bits! see you soon, Claire
I've just completed the Learn to Nordic Walk course with NWUK Tunbridge Wells and can highly recommend it. Emily is a fantastic instructor, such a warm and friendly personality she puts you at ease immediately. She explains and demonstrates the technique really clearly each week as we move through the gears and gives positive and encouraging feedback during each lesson that totally inspires confidence. It’s a really great way to get a full body workout, particularly my shoulders and arms and you get to enjoy our lovely surroundings too. Go Emily!
