Walk Description:

A gentle safe way to walk yourself fitter! These walks include exercises that help with flexibility, balance and strength whilst using poles to improve general fitness and increase joint mobility. Suitable for those who want to build up to the longer or more vigorous walks or may have concerns about their health.

Open to Non nordic walkers but you will be using poles that you can borrow if you do not have your own.

Sometimes this session will be in a field depending on weather conditions and other factors such as new clients joining the group for the furst time.

Walk Description:

We will meet at the top end of the Crow Point car park at 11.00am and then take a gentle stroll out onto the beach. Depending on wind direction and strength, we will either walk around the point or cut through the middle. We might walk back along the Board Walk if we get that far, otherwise we will just return along the shoreline.

If open, we will have a coffee back at 51 Degrees North, on the side of Tesco's.

Walk Description:

This is a lovely walk as the scenery is constantly changing. You spend time in the magnificent woodland area.

You are then treated to wonderful views in the open spaces and then enjoy the village of East Dean. 

The route will vary depending on conditions. It can be a circular or there are various options for out and back.  

The route does include some steep hills, which makes it unsuitable for beginners. Once we are on the higher ground it is relatively flat.

This is a great walk, we have allowed 2 hours to ensure we have time to enjoy our time being outside and taking in the surroundings without rushing.     

East Dean is 4 minutes away be car. Coffee at the star and Garter.

Walk Description:

An opportunity to get your Saturday morning exercise and then grab a coffee and a snack at the Barley Mow. A chance to meet, chat and spend a bit more time relaxing with like-minded people.

After a walk of around 3 - 4 miles, taking in the stunning scenery of picturesque Cannock Chase, for those that want to spend a little bit of extra time relaxing we will reconvene in the Barley Mow.

We offer a chance to catch up and chat with friends or if you prefer to enjoy being outdoors but want some time to yourself relax and let us worry about the route.
