Using poles, makes this even more effective as it takes the weight off knees and hips and helps you to walk faster and further.
During the six weeks we will show you how to walk with poles to enable a full body workout and burn extra calories.
Each week we build on technique, distance and pace with an easy-to-follow programme, extra support and motivation along the way. You will get a personal plan each week too.
