We offer Nordic Walks in and around Stockport, Marple, High Peak and in Lyme Park.
Our Regular Walks take place on a variety of circular routes around the area, using a mixture of streets, canals, parks, woodland, riverside paths, and bridlepaths. It’s sometimes surprising how quickly you can go from urban to semi rural, I love getting to show off walks or a surprising viewpoint off the beaten track that otherwise may have stayed hidden.
Our walks are on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Sometimes we go further afield for our Longer Walks, Peak District, Macclesfield Forest etc

Tintwistle and Reservoirs On this walk we visited some of the less famous reservoirs near Tintwistle using parts of the Pennine Bridleway, Upper and Lower Swineshaw Reservoirs and Walkerwood and Brushes Reservoirs. I’ve had a love for the outdoors and history for as long as I can remember. I love walking my dogs and being out and about, be that in parks, woodlands, hills or cities.
Anywhere as long as it’s outside!
As well as Nordic Walking, I’m into Trail Running, Canicross and Martial Arts.
I like encouraging people to try new things and keep active or challenge themselves and I believe this group is ideal for this.
My Qualifications include Personal Training, Outdoor First Aid, and Exercise Referral.
