Learn to Nordic Walk Course (Condensed) 2 x 1½ hour sessions

(NWUK has found that 1-hour x 4 weeks is the optimum length of time for a LtNW course, however, not everyone can manage that commitment for reasons such as distance or time restraints. This course is suitable for those people)

Poles will be provided.  This session takes place outdoors so dress for the weather –  A waterproof jacket is usually an essential item.  Good walking footwear is important so walking shoes, sturdy trainers or walking boots are all fine. Remember to bring water or snacks if required.
