As part of our 10th Year celebrations, we’re excited to bring back the 1-Mile Time Trial.
This is a straightforward route, repeated once a month, making it a great way to track your progress. We’ll begin with a warm-up and a clear introduction to the course. We’ll all start together as a group, then simply walk at the fastest pace you comfortably can.
Your time will be recorded to give you a personal target to aim for next time. This isn’t about competing with anyone else; it’s about challenging yourself and seeing how far you can progress. It’s a fantastic way to stay motivated and build speed and confidence.
The route is around the block so you won’t get lost, and we’ll finish with a group stretch.
The session takes place after Friday Fitties. You’re welcome to do both sessions or just come along for the time trial.
Give it a go, you might surprise yourself.
