A great way to start the week is with a Nordic Adventure Walk on a Monday, Tuesdy or Wednesday in and around Stanmore and Harrow Weald. Get ready for the weekend with a stimulating Saturday morning walk around Stanmore Country Park. Or join us on a Sunday morning for a longer, faster paced walk in Ruislip Woods.
These are intermediate walks, usually lasting one hour and will include some hill work. For those new to the area you`ll be surprised at the fantastic views over London that you get from Wood Farm Viewpoint, the hidden lakes in PearsWood and Bentley Priory and the seemigly endless trails through woods which change with the seasons.
Walkabout Wednesdays give the opportunity to travel a little further into neighbouring boroughs, or out along the Metropolitan line into the Chess Valley. Saturdays we`re always in the Stanmore Country Park, but we never tire of it as there are such a variety of trails to explore.

Enjoy a lovely and peaceful outing at the Pulborough Brooks RSPB!
Spending time observing birds in their natural habitat is such a calming way to connect with nature. The note about being respectful of the birds and other visitors is great, it's always nice to remember that the wildlife experience is best when we keep things quiet and peaceful.
The social aspect before and after the walk, and the opportunity for a treat at the café, definitely add a nice touch to the visit.
Sussex is known for its wonderful variety of birdlife, so there's always something interesting to spot!

A really lovely walk on footpaths and bridleways, that passes through the deer park and woodland before entering the Valley of the Seven Bridges, and returning to the car park via the Studley Tearooms. Stunning views of Ripon Cathedral. At 4.5 miles, walking mostly in upper gear 1/gear 2, the walk takes around an hour and three quarters.
