You may join this walk without the Power of Poles training, I will teach you the technique during the walk.
The walk will be designed for all levels from rehabilitation to advanced Nordic Walkers - the beauty of green spaces.
We will leave the car park and have a short walk through the pathways to lead us to Worcestor park where we can either take a walk around the path or on to the green and bring in the hills to the workout. Some weeks we may venture to Stone recreation ground or along the Thames to the Abbey at Ingress Park.

This is a special walk which is being done with Liz & Andrew (2 of our walkers) who are town guides and are going to guide us on this tour.
Meet at St Peter's Church Car Park, Church Lane, WR9 7AN where there is free parking.
Then janet will lead you on a short walk into Droitwich town centre to start the tour that lasts about 90 minutes.
There is a cost of £3 payable on the day for the tour. All proceeds will go to Wychbold Swan Rescue.
A sociable walk where you will get into your moderate training zone. That is approx 6/10 on the rate of perceived exertion scale.Check the title of the walk for more information.

This walk starts out from Burnt Yates, crosses fields down to Shaw Mills, and along Cut Throat Lane before returning via the waterside High Mill. At around 3 miles, this very pleasant walk has some hill work out of Shaw Mills, and some stiles (depending on where the cows are!). It takes about an hour and a half.
