For those of you who have completed the Learn to Nordic walk course- these action packed walks are designed to help you improve your fitness levels and gain FAST results. Your qualified instructor will add motivating drills and exercises into a fast paced fun walk. Enjoy sociable Nordic walking in stunning locations with a mixed ability group. Lead by accredited instructors or walk leaders, these walks make the most of our beautiful coastal countryside and are a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors.
This walk along the North Devon coast includes a section of the South West Coast National Trail. The route follows paths and lanes enjoying spectacular views along the Atlantic coastline accompanied by possible sightings of porpoise and seals. We start and finish at the meeting point where a warm and cosy atmosphere awaits our return.

This walk has been named as one of the UK's best coastal walks by The Times. And you know what? I agree!
We leave Blakeney and go through Morston, past the clinker boats and the watch tower. Views up the coast to Holkham will be spectacular - and with fields of gold on one side of us and salt marshes on our right, it's walking heaven. Stiffkey campsite tells us we are half way (time for a snack stop) and then we head to Wells... and fish & chips on the quay. Possibly a pint of shandy too. It's our day out....

During this 45 minute session you get to feel the benefits from using the poles for walking. Using up to 90% of the body muscle, it targets those difficult to tone areas. Walking with poles is fun, social, fantastic and it will change the way you exercise.
Poles are provided for the session.
Please have suitable footwear on and a rucksack is advised for your belongings.

A comfortably paced Total Body WALX for you to enjoy in a social atmosphere, during the walk providing if the weather is fine, we will stop for a 20 minute session of Chi Ball - a mixture of Tai Chi and Yoga from the seasons sequence. A small ball is used but imagination is fine for the session.

New Mills Boundary Walk 6 (Birch Vale)
The New Mills Boundary is approximately 18 miles in circumference, the aim of these walks is to complete the Boundary over a series of walks.Taking in a mixture of Woods, Bridlepaths, Country Roads and fine views of the surrounding areas too.
Distance 6.2km Height Gain 160m Gears 1 and 2 Moderate Walk
The footpaths are a mixture of stony bridleways country lanes and farmland, some paths are a little overgrown and shorts are definitely not recommended!
There is on road parking near the start on Station Road. But no public car parks. Please make sure there are no restrictions where you park your car. No toilets available.
