There will be plenty of opportunity to rest and all the exercises are differentiated to suit you.
We use out poles to improve our core strength, balance and upper body range of movement. Improving posture is key to improve the way you walk!!

I would really encourage you to join us for this 5-6km walk along the many trails and maybe up to Rivington Pike
The walk will start and end at the Pigeon Tower carpark making this a more manageable walk for all.
Whilst there will still be an ascent to get to the Pike this will be taken steadily by either steps or the footpath. The aim is to give anyone who has wanted to reach Rivington Pike the opportunity to do so but you can wait at the coffee bar while others take on the ascent of the steps to the summit.
The timing will depend on those walking as we will not be going quickly so I have put 3hrs as a guide only
