A great walk for intermediate Nordic walkers, these weekly walks take place in the parks and public footpaths around Harrow, Stanmore and Ruislip.

An excellent way to start the week is with a Nordic Walx on a Monday or Wednesday in and around Stanmore and Harrow Weald. This adventure walk is a 90 minute walk in gear 2 (minimum) - a great chance to increase your stamina if you're happy walking for this length of time with only minimal breaks for a quick drink!

This beautiful 4.5 mile route comprises a good variety of terrain, including some gentle but sustained uphill sections and the inevitable downhill too! Group pace dictates return time, most often a 90-minute circular walk.
