Meet at Fremington Quay EX312NH.
Once parked in the public car park which is FREE - meet opposite the Café.
The Five Senses Experience.
Feast your eyes upon the spectacular vista across the Taw estuary, listen to the cry of gulls and crashing waves, enjoy the fresh sea air and fragrant flora, feel the sand/stone beneath your feet not between your toes (correct footwear essential!) and finally tantalise your taste buds with local homemade ice cream, cream teas or simply a delicious cup of coffee in the Cafe.

Explore -woodland, hills and cliff paths, all part of these most enjoyable walks.
This walk is for those who can walk 6-7km/4-5miles in 90mins and is moderate pace on easy terraine. Please do get in touch if you wish to ascertain your suitability.
It is essential to register and book in advance online, whether you are on a 'free' walk package, monthly DD, or pay as you go.

This jewel of a walk takes in woodland, country trails, lakes and ponds, and stunning views of Harewood House and the rolling countryside of Wharfedale and beyond. The walk is just under five miles and takes approximately two hours, walked at a reasonable pace, with workout opportunities along the way. The Muddy Boots cafe in Harewood village awaits at the end of the walk!

Gentle WALX that incorporate balance work, flexibility, strength exercises, deliberate breathing routine and a bit of relaxation too. Great for those who are getting back into exercise, have a health condition or simply want to move well and be fit for life!
Join Sally for a class which has a focus on 'walking well' with or without poles, in 2 parts. There will be some drills and a Smovey session for 45 minutes followed by a gentle walk for 45 minutes. You are welcome to join for the whole session or either of the 2 parts.

Our lovely Friday Improver walk is our usual lovely hour of gentle walking (every other week this is 1.25 hours) but with a little extra to improve your fitness level. It may be speed, distance or hills but all within a moderate range to improve you gradually.

This 5-week session is funded by Herefordshire Council. Each session is an hour long and aims to teach the technique of walking with poles. Nordic Walking is a total body workout, strengthening both lower and upper body muscles. It provides you with a walk that is less stressful on the joints, it enables you to walk faster, and increases all round fitness levels. The course is aimed at those who have not walked with nordic poles before, or haven't walked with poles for a long time and would like to refresh their skills.
If you would like to improve your general fitness and wellbeing, as well as enjoy a sociable walk, then come along and learn a new skill.
The course is suitable for people of all levels of fitness, poles are provided.
Session dates: 11th, 18th, 25th Sept, 2nd, 9th October
At the end of the 5 weeks you will be able to book onto my regular walks.
