These WALX make every step count! Total Body walking™ is a unique mix of drills and strength exercises that work on all aspects of fitness and make the most of being outdoors!
A faster-paced 1-hour session using hill climbs, bodyweight exercises, bursts of speed and small pieces of equipment eg. resistance bands to build stamina, burn calories and tone the body.
These sessions are suitable for those who are looking to improve their overall fitness. Please contact me to have a chat if you are unsure if this session is suitable for you.
Walkers are requested to arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the start time to allow for parking, shoe change, pole adjustment etc, so that the walk can start promptly at the time indicated.

Duration – 1 ½ hours, walk grade 3.5. The Regular Walk is a social way to get fit and stay fit. It`s aimed at walkers that can maintain a pace of 3.5 mph. After a warm up we will set off together and those that wish to walk fast can go ahead and at certain points we will gather together. This is achieved by those walking ahead will, at certain points or times, double back to the rear of the group or remaining at a pre-determined rendezvous point and practicing drills or other gentle exercises to keep warm and active.
