Walk Description:
Join me for our monthly 10k nordic walk in the amazing Bedgebury Pinetum and Forest. We will explore paths you've probably never seen as we walk deep into the forest.
This will be a fairly fast paced nordic walk. Do bring water and a snack to enjoy on route.
You will receive reduced parking of £3.80 for up to 4 hours (free for Bedgebury Members) and just go to ticekt office to pay rather than pay at machines.
Note that due to the cost to me of running this walk, I need to charge a higher fee than usual and unfortunately am unable to offer the 20% prepaid discount or free DD walk. If you have any questions about this please let me know.
This walk is open to all and I will lend poles and give you some tips if you are new to Nordic walking. I would then recommend that you do a Nordic walking induction session to learn the full technique and get the most from your walking. We can arrange this at a time to suit you.
I need a minimum of 3 people for a walk. Please cancel by 6pm the day before a walk. If you need to cancel after this time or on the day of the walk, I would ask that you just let me know that you cannot attend and the walk will remain chargeable. If a walk is to be cancelled due to insufficient numbers, I will let you know by 8pm the evening before.
