Duration – 1 ½ hours, walk grade - 3.  Not everyone walks at the same pace!  The Regular Walk is a social way to get fit and stay fit.  It`s aimed at moderate paced walkers and above.  After a warm up we will set off together and those that wish to walk fast can go ahead and at certain points we will gather together.  This is achieved by those walking ahead will, at certain points or times, double back to the rear of the group or remaining at a pre-determined rendezvous point and practicing drills or other gentle exercises to keep warm and active.

Total Body Walking has its origins in Nordic Walking and is the next step in your fitness journey. If you want to learn how to turn your walks into a Total Body WALX, then come and join the Power of Poles induction programme. 

This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and is ideal for beginners as it is a structured teaching programme engaging participants, helping them to feel the benefits of walking with poles.
