A comfortably paced walk for you to enjoy in a social atmosphere, during the walk providing if the weather is fine and you would like to participate, we will stop for a 20 minute session of Chi Ball - A mixture of Tai Chi and Yoga from the seasons sequence. A small ball is used but imagination is fine for the session. Details can be given if you would like to purchase a ball. A gentle walk in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest and our lovely coastline.  This walk is about 2.5 miles across beautiful heathland, hopefully in the sunshine!  It's all flat and plenty of opportunity to see ponies and cattle.  Can be a little muddy if it's been wet.
