Chi Ball is a mixture of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. The Tai Chi and Dance section is in standing and the Yoga, Pilates and Relaxation is on a mat.
The sequences change with the seasons concentrating on different areas of the body.
A chi ball is used but a toilet roll or small pilates/yoga ball is ok to use. If you want to invest in a chi ball then I can send you the details of where to get one from.

A gentle safe way to walk yourself fitter! These walks include exercises that help with flexibility, balance and strength whilst using poles to improve general fitness and increase joint mobility. Suitable for those who want to build up to the longer or more vigorous walks or may have concerns about their health.
Open to Non nordic walkers but you will be using poles that you can borrow if you do not have your own.

This 2 PART COURSE, delivered in partnership with THREE RIVERS DISCTRICT COUNCIL and including a free pole clinic, will help you understand how to select the right kind of poles and use them for health, fitness, fun or challenges.
This course is delivered over 2 x 1-hour sessions:
