Total Body Walking has its origins in Nordic Walking and is the next step in your fitness journey. If you want to learn how to turn your walks into a Total Body WALX then come and join the Power of Poles induction programme. 

This course is suitable for all levels of fitness and is ideal for beginners as it is a structured teaching programme engaging participants helping them to feel the benefits of walking with poles. In this 90min session, you will learn the basics of Total Body Walking, feeling your muscles engaging in both upper and lower limbs. For those who who have completed the LTW course, this action packed walk is designed to improve your fitness levels. Strength and conditioning drills are incorporated into the walk session which is paced at varying levels of  intensity to suit all levels of ability.
