What a great way to start the day! This morning I joined the WALX Online Home Weights Workout with Denise on Zoom, along with 5 other people. The session lasted 30 minutes and I really felt like I had exercised my whole body by the end of the session! It doesn’t matter if you don’t have weights as you can join in using two tinned cans of food! Denise was very good at explaining each exercise, but you can adapt them if you can’t do as she suggests. I will certainly be looking at what other classes are online, as they are all free if you pay a regular monthly membership fee. This class started early at 8am, which suited me, but they all vary in timings and levels of activity. Give it a go and top up your fitness!
