SEARCH FOR AN INSTRUCTOR FACILITY
Nordic Walking UK would like to point out that although we are happy to help those searching for an Instructor in a particular area, at no point is a contract formed between NWUK and the public or the trainer. Our code of conduct is designed to ensure Instructors deliver Nordic Walking according to their qualifications only and we advise all members of the public to check the status of any insurance and clarification of any additional qualifications – competent Instructors will be delighted to do so!

Those using the site to search for a local Instructor or joining the NWUK public group willl also be sent regular news about Nordic Walking from NWUK - should you choose not to receive these bulletins please reply with 'unsubscribe' in the content bar.

INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTORS DETAILS
Instructors listed on the site are responsible for their own content on their listing, page or mini site - every attempt will made by NWUK to ensure all statements made are accurate but we do not take responsibility for any misleading or false content on areas managed by individuals. We operate a strict code of conduct and will act immediately should we be notified of any breach of its terms.

WEB SITE CONTENT and IMAGES
The content of this website is the property of Nordic Walking UK and it's partners. All the testimonials are provided by the Instructors responsible for the success story and are being used by NWUK with their permission.

Any reproduction of the images, quotes and success stories will require permission from NWUK, The instructor and the client.

DELIVERY POLICY
Public Pole and clothing orders are usually dispatched within 2 days from the order unless out of stock in which case you will be informed.
Instructor Clothing orders are individually processd as the items are branded - you will be told the date the order will be processed at the time of ordering and can expect delivery within 2 weeks of that date.

Web Site Instructor Listings - If you upgrade to the Members network or Business network in order to upgrade your personal listing - immediate access will be given to the self managed profile area upon cleared payment. Access to the marketing tool kit and publication of your page or site will be within 48 hours.

RETURNS POLICY (for Instructor clothing etc)

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by Exercise Anywhere, will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. An admin charge of 5% (Min £3.00 ) will be charged. If you require an exchange, please place a new order through the Instructor area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSES
Should you wish to cancel a place booked on an Instructor training course, please be aware:
Cancellations must be made in writing and the following charges apply
-more than 8 weeks prior to the course – no charge
-less than 8 weeks prior to the course – 25% of fee
-less than 4 weeks prior to the course – 50% of fee
-10 working days, or less, prior to the course – 100% of fee

WEB SITE LISTINGS
Membership of Members network is for a minimum 1 year term only - all listings are fully transferrable to addresses and contact numbers anywhere in the UK and therefore no refund is available should you wish to remove your listing for any reason within that period.
Business network members are bound by the licence issued and signed by the licensor and licencee at the time of joining.
