Walk Description:
These walks are a chance to use your Nordic Walking skills in the stunning surroundings of the New Forest. They will be held at different locations in and around Brockenhurst. The sessions consist of moderate Nordic Walking to improve your cardiovascular fitness, core muscle strength, posture, balance and flexibility.
Enjoy the stunning tall trees of this renowned walk which includes the beautiful Arboretum. The walk is mainly flat and could be all cycle paths or some grass rides, depending on the conditions. This is an ideal location to concentrate on interval training!

OS Grid ref: SU 268 047. The correct W3W is mattress.gradually.wizards. We meet in the Forestry Commission car park called Blackwater the pointer on the map is correct. This is the best place to experience the majestic Douglas firs and redwoods of the Rhinefield Ornamental Drive. Free parking and toilets available.
