Get your fitness back
Join us for an adventure walk where easy paths along the Dove or through fields are combined with steep up/down hill paths
This walk provides you with an opportunity to increase your speed, while maintaining the proper Nordic Walking technique.
It is ideal for those who wants to improve their fitness and health, whilst being outdoors in a beautiful setting
Using gears 1, 2 and 3, walking 3- 4 miles
Please note, there are toilet facilities but bring a 20pence coin
This is for members with a Nordic Walking UK FREEDOM passport. c

National Trust members can park for free and non-NT members will need to pay £3.50 for up to 4 hours and £5 for all day.
