The one where the wellbeing AND workout walkers come together for a mixed pace walk.

The only criteria being, you must be able to hold a good comfortable pace for an hour. If you`re not sure if this class is suitable for you, then please get in touch.

The faster walkers will be expected to complete `extra loops` and/or walk back to the group in order to keep everyone together.
