Walk Description:
From one hour WALX in your local country park to a half day in the hills, our Explorer WALX capture the variety of scenery, themes and types of WALX that suit your lifestyle. If you love WALX to the pub or WALX with the dog or simply WALX in wild locations we have them all! Whether long, short, tough or gentle we welcome all ages and all levels.
On Wednesdays we like to explore longer walks around the Pewsey Vale and North Wessex Downs.
Today's Walk: Starting at Small Grain car park. We walk across Calstone Downs towards the Lansdowne monument and Cherhill White Horse and then back via Wansdye and Morgans Hill nature reserve.
Length and Grade: 7.5 miles - a few hills
Location: Small grain car park. Entrance is just after the North Wilts golf course on the right.
Notes: bring your own coffee/snack to enjoy during or after the walk.
Note: To participate in regular Nordic WALX, you must have completed our Nordic Freedom Course.
