Gentle walk and talk around Allestree Park and enjoy the local scenery and wildlife that is in this fabulous city park.
These sessions help promote physical fitness, improved mobility and activity to improve the quality of life.
It is advisable to bring a water bottle or hydration pack for during the walk.
