Walk Description:
A moderate walking pace incorporating strength and balance exercises outdoors. This Total Body WALX class is ideal for those wanting to progressively build their aerobic fitness, and improve strength and balance. The class is open to those using poles, not using poles and those who would like to try poles.
If you are looking to start gently, you may be interested in our Wellness WALX on Tuesdays at 10.30am, and Thursdays at 10.15am and 11.30am.
If you know you like to be challenged more vigorously, you may also enjoy the Total Body WALX on Fridays at 10.30am or Sundays at 9.30am.
With classes daily, our WALX programme has something for everyone!

Location Notes:
Meet at rear of car park. Free car parking on site - just enter your car registration inside the pub. If car park is full, there is free on-street car parking on surrounding roads. If travelling by public transport, Spaniards Inn is a 1-mile walk from Hampstead Underground Station. The 210 bus stops by the pub, and runs from Archway tube station (12mins) or Golders Green tube station (7mins). Get in touch for more advice on location.
