Walk Description:

 Such a beautiful rural location for a fabulous walk - takes us up across fields and trails, into Blickling Estate, and ends with lunch at The Walpole Arms.  So many hidden surprises around each corner so if you like fantastic views, winding footpaths, sleepy meadows, tall towers, pyramids, tiny hamlets and grassy lanes - this walk is for YOU! 

Lunch is booked under the eaves and vines of the garden of the Walpole Arms where light lunches or full blown mains await.  A really good menu! 

A perfect plan for Saturday!

We try to aim to upload walks TWO weeks prior to the event on the website.

On average we clock up approx 5 miles at steady Gear 2 pace. 

PLEASE COME EQUIPPED WITH PAWS!!!! A MUST!

Please dress appropriately for the weather, and don’t forget water, waterproofs (if necessary), suncream, bug spray AND ASTHMA INHALER AND CHECK YOUR EMAILS ON THE MORNING OF THE WALK FOR ANY UPDATES

£9.50 BUT INCLUDED IN UNLIMITED WALKS P/W + UNLIMITED ZOOMS £28 PER MONTH PACKAGE

We will set off promptly.

Please try to arrive 10mins early so you are ready to go.  

Cancelling a walk:

If you are unable to attend a walk, PLEASE cancel by 6pm the day before as there will undoubtedly be people eager to take your place.  24 hours notice will help everyone.

Location Notes:

The Walpole Arms dating back to the 18th century sits within the heart of north Norfolk’s picturesque countryside in the village of Itteringham. Itteringham stands on the River Bure, four miles north west from the market town of Aylsham and just two miles from the National Trust’s magnificent Blickling Hall. We have been allowed to use their car park (and loos) as we will use the pub after the walk (if you have time!) for a drink and / or lunch. Address: The Common, Itteringham, Norwich NR11 7AR
