CANCELLATIONS

You are free to cancel your booking using the booking system up to the start time of the walk.

Please bear in mind that the walk leader may have already left home and may not pick up a late cancellation in a timely manner.

If you are cancelling within an hour of the walk, please try to contact the walk leader personally to let them know you are not attending.

Please ensure your PARQ is up to date and you discuss any changes to your health or medication with your walk leader.

Please also ensure that you have any medication that you might need with you for the walk.

We would ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time of the walk so that you can get warmed up safely.

Location Notes:

The entrance to the park at the bottom of Langley Way (WD17 3BD). Off-road parking - usual plenty of spaces either on Langley Way itself or Parkside Drive (up almost as far as The Gardens junction - after that it's ticketed as it's close to the town centre). This is a lovely area of parkland, rivers, nature reserves, children's areas, and it links into the Whippendell Woods area as well. There is a cafe. The Adventure walk will take you by parkland, canal, rivers, cross the golf course and circle Whippendell Woods finishing with a loop of Cassiobury Park. Routes from this venue may include paved pathways, woodland footpaths, tracks and open fields and gentle inclines. LOW LIKELIHOOD OF MEETING LIVESTOCK No toilets available at the meeting but there are toilets in the park
