This is an enjoyable sociable Nordic walk with a mixed ability group. It will take you along paths and tracks with some hills, and covers a distance of 4-5 miles depending on the group mix and weather. In summer months, the tracks and paths are dry, but be prepared for some mud and puddles in more wintery weather. The scenery is beautiful and of course changes throughout the year. It is a relaxing way to enjoy exercising, being outdoors and helps to make a positive contribution to your 10,000 steps.
Don`t forget to pack a drink and a coat.
