Walk Description:

This out and back route is self-navigated using mainly the lock numbers. If you are likely to take longer than 2 hours to complete the 10K we respectfully ask that you do the 5K instead. A great opportunity to see what you're capable of.

As our starting point for this walk differs every week - please check the address and leave plenty of time if it's somewhere you've not visited before.

Please arrive 10 minutes before starting time and text if you can't make it at the last minute.
