Walk Description:
This walk is a social walk, it is at a gentle Pace 1. We make the most of the views and sea air.
This session is suitable for those who fancy an easy walk and talk, want to build up to the longer or more vigorous walks or may have concerns about their health and are looking for an easier pace on a good terrain. Many of our members are seeing the benefits of participating in the wellness sessions.
We have a lot of fun as we exercise in the fresh air. This is a very social session and we encourage chatting!
GETTING THE BEST VALUE
You can do an unlimited number of walks and exercise sessions, including online classes for as little as £25 per month. This is works out at £3.12 per session if you average attending twice a week.
6 WEEK PROGRAMME
If you would like to take advantage of the full membership package without the commitment of direct debit, you can sign up for the 6 week programme. You will get a 1-2-1 consultation, unlimited sessions (outdoor workouts and virtual), retail discounts and a free walk with all listed WALX clubs in the country once a month. All this for £29.00
Location Notes:
Between the 1st March to 31st October (08.00- 20.00) East Green car park is 2.00 pounds per hour. Between the 1st November to 28th/29th February (08.00- 20.00) East Green car park is 1.20 per hour. There is free street parking on the side streets. We meet outside of the East Beach Cafe so allow time for parking.
