Walk Description:
This is an outdoor workout class which incorporates fitness and walking technique (with and without poles).
This is a 45 minute session designed to challenge your fitness, including upperbody and lower body strength. There will be exercises to work on your cardiovascular system and coordination.
This is a great class for everyone who also wants to work on their pole walking technique as there will be specific walking well drills.
You do not need to be a regular pole walker to join this session.
So come on ladies and gents, book it now!
