Walk Description:
This session is for those who want to specifically tone their upper and lower body - these action packed 1-hour workout sessions include toning exercises.
Everyone is encouraged to work at your own pace to push and achieve their fitness goals.
The sessions are designed to help you get the results you want. We include motivating drills and exercises into a fast paced fun workout whilst making the most of the great outdoors.
We make the most of the environment, using benches, walls and the terrain to build resistance. For variety we sometimes use other equipment.
GETTING THE BEST VALUE
You can do an unlimited number of walks and exercise sessions, including online classes for as little as £25 per month. This is works out at £3.12 per session if you average attending twice a week.
6 WEEK PROGRAMME
If you would like to take advantage of the full membership package without the commitment of direct debit, you can sign up for the 6 week programme. You will get a 1-2-1 consultation, unlimited sessions (outdoor workouts and virtual), retail discounts and a free walk with all listed WALX clubs in the country once a month. All this for £29.00
Location Notes:
Between the 1st March to 31st October (08.00- 20.00) East Green car park is 2.00 pounds per hour. Between the 1st November to 28th/29th February (08.00- 20.00) East Green car park is 1.20 per hour. There is free street parking on the side streets. We meet outside of the East Beach Cafe so allow time for parking.
