Walk Description:
This is a friendly and popular Nordic walking Group for those who have completed a Power of Poles induction course. We explore the forest trails in Delamere Forest and coverig (3.5 - 4 miles) in the hour.
We will be walking on both grass and paths so make sure you’re wearing supportive walking boots or shoes/trainers with a good tread that you are happy to get dirty and comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather. Paws will be required (on and off on different terrains). Hats, sunscreen and insect repellent will also be required when the weather dictates it!

Meet in Forest centre Carpark by the cafe.. Car parking charges apply. My discounted carparking charges no longer apply with the new number plate recognition. There are toilets here
