Walk Description:

Come along and discover some of the health benefits of using the special Nordic walking poles! You will receive some beginners' instruction as well as be able to take part in a walk around this wonderful country park managed by Foresty England and part of the National Forest.

Poles are provided and we advise wearing a flexible soled walking shoe as well as layered clothing. Bring your water bottle and any medication in a small backpack as you will need to be able to swing both arms freely.
