Walk Description:
We will be meeting in the car park at Thorncombe. The visitor centre will be open so you will be able to have a comfort stop and have food and drink.
The walk will have a few hills in it but all can be taken in your own time. The Rhododendron's should be in full flower so will be quite stunning as we walk through the forest.
Parking - you will need to pay on the way out it will be £1 per hour. There is a new system in place which will photography your registration as you go into the car park therefore it starts as soon as you arrive. You generally get a little bit of time once you have paid and it will say on your ticket how long you have to move out of the car park.

Please follow signs to the Visitor Centre Parking. Sat Nav may stop short of this. Car park now has Automated Number Plate Recognition. Pay for parking on your return to car using your number plate. Machine takes cash, card or contactless. Use the What3Words app.
