Walk Description:

This walk is less than 3 miles. The terrain is mainly flat with some gentle inclines along country lanes with some farm tracks and footpaths if the ground underfoot isn't waterlogged! 

Remember to wear appropriate clothes for the weather on the day.

Gear 1 - A nice, easy and natural pace that you can do for extended periods with recovery periods where appropriate. Short hills might be introduced. 

Gear 2 - A faster pace gained through technique. There will be less recovery time.  

Location Notes:

There is no official car parking. Parking is on the roadside and therefore there is no charge. There are no WC facilities.
