Walk Description:

A sociable, moderately paced ADVENTURE walk of approximately 4 miles, completing the shorter Coronation Walk route, with a pace of 20+ min/mile.

There will be a number stops to share history at key points along the route.

After the walk, a Sunday lunch will be available at the lovely Boot Pub. You will need to choose your menu using the GOOGLE form by no later than Sunday 15th September please. If you have not completed your choices by that date, I will assume you are not staying for lunch.

If you book this walk after 15th September, please contact the Boot directly to make arrangements for your lunch if you wish to join us.

If you need to hire poles, please email nordicwalkingwatford@gmail.com. There is a £2 hire charge payable to the walk leader on the day and pole hire is subject to availability

CANCELLATIONS

You are free to cancel your booking using the booking system up to 1 week before a walk commences.

If you need to cancel your booking within 1 week of the start time of the event, you must contact Tracy Reeve by telephone on 07792 070286. Please do not remove yourself from the attendance list.  

Any refund will be discretionary and will be dependent on you contacting Tracy Reeve (or nominated deputy) in advance.

If you are a Direct Debit member you may be charged the full walk price.

Please ensure your PARQ is up to date and you discuss any changes to your health or medication with your walk leader.  

Please also ensure that you have any medication that you might need with you for the walk.  

We would ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time of the walk so that you can get warmed up safely.
