Walk Description:
Our afternoon walks are a general level walk that will take in scenic spots around the area
Today is a general afternoon walk from Avebury village and up to the clumps near the Ridgeway.
Start Location: Avebury NT car park. Charges apply. Free to members. Ask me I may have a free parking pass if you need one.
Walk: walking out towards village and down the stone avenue and then up to the clumps and back hopefully for a sunset!
Length: 4 miles in 90-120 minutes
Location Notes:
The NT car park has charges but is free to members. If you are not a member I have one spare car park pass which I allocate on a first come first service or you can park in the Red Lion pub which is £3 and then walk back to meet us at the main car park. There are toilets in the village near Avebury Manor.
