Walk Description:
This is a free WALX taster session designed to introduce the different activities WALX Coast and Country has on offer.
There will be a 60 minute session on how to get the best out of your walking technique (how to walk well).
There will be examples of the types of classes we do ranging from wellness sessiions and fitness activities.
There will be an introduction to how to walk with poles which is always an option.
There will also be a 30 minute discovery walk. You will have the choice to walk with or without poles.
No experience needed, everyone welcome.

Location Notes:
Between the 1st March to 31st October (08.00- 20.00) East Green car park is 2.00 pounds per hour. Between the 1st November to 28th/29th February (08.00- 20.00) East Green car park is 1.20 per hour. There is free street parking on the side streets. We meet outside of the East Beach Cafe so allow time for parking.
