Walk Description:

This 30 minute Free Taster Session is suitable for all fitness levels and will help you understand just how beneficial Nordic walking can be and how it is far more than just walking with poles!   It will be your opportunity to try out the award-winning and ever growing outdoor activity that harnesses the power of exercise and nature to improve your health both physically and mentally. We are able to loan poles on this Taster Session and have strict cleaning procedures in place.

Location Notes:

Participants of these Nordic Walking sessions will receive a discounted parking rate of £3.00 This discounted rate will range from point of entry to 45 minutes after the session has ended. If you opt to remain on site after the allotted timeframe the full parking charges will apply
