Walk Description:

A fast-paced 1-hour Nordic walk using hill climbs, bodyweight exercises and bursts of Gear 3 to build stamina, tone and burn calories for a healthier mind and body.

Suitable for those who have completed the LTNW or Power of Poles course and are looking to improve their overall fitness.

Walkers are requested to arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the start time to allow for parking, shoe change, pole adjustment etc, so that the walk can start promptly at the time indicated.

Please ensure your PARQ is up to date and notify us if you have any change to your physical or mental wellbeing. This should include any surgery, injuries or accidents.

 

 

Location Notes:

Parking on London Road which is a one-way road at the exit of Balls Park. To reach London Road, enter Balls Park using the entrance on the B1197 to Hertford Heath, drive down Harrison Way and turn right at the junction. Exit park through the gates onto London Road. There are no toilet or refreshment facilities at this location.
