Walk Description:

Join Emma for a Gentle paced Nordic Walk at Campbell Park.

A gentle and safe way to walk yourself fitter! These walks use poles to improve general fitness and increase joint mobility. Suitable for those who want to gently build up to the longer or more vigorous walks or for those who may have concerns about their health.

GENTLE pace: 4 km/2 miles p/hr

TERRAIN: Mostly flat tarmac or grass paths

DISTANCE: approx 4km

CANCELLATIONS

You are free to cancel your booking using the booking system up to the start time of the walk.

Please bear in mind that the walk leader may have already left home and may not pick up a late cancellation in a timely manner.

If you are cancelling within an hour of the walk, please try to contact the walk leader personally to let them know you are not attending.
