Walk Description:

 

Total Bdoy WALX sessions are all about improving fitness. This session is a walk with drills, using the terrain and distance stamina and endurance will  mprove.

Some resistance work will be included using resistance bands. Technique is also worked on, good technique will provide an excellent cardio and overall body workout. 

This session is a mix of everything to get you stronger and fitter.
