Walk Description:

This sociable moderately paced walk makes the most of our beautiful countryside and is a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors.            

Please ensure you bring plenty of water and a snack. Depending on terrain and ground conditions, these walks may take longer than anticipated – please allow for this when booking this walk.

Nordic Walking Gear  2 Approximate pace 17-18 minute/mile Approximate distance 6-8 miles Approximate duration 3 hours Suitable for those who have completed a Power of Poles Introduction Course  those who are comfortable with a moderate pace those who prefer a longer walk those who are training for a distance challenge

If you need to hire some poles, please email us to arrange this. There is a £2 hire charge payable to the walk leader on the day and pole hire is subject to availability.
